Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, email hello@you-sphere.com and we'll send you the return address and steps.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.
- For hygiene reasons, items that are visibly used, washed or damaged may receive a partial refund or be declined.

Damaged or wrong item: if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@you-sphere.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right (replacement or refund) at no cost to you.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
